I was very happy with the recent service work done on my 2013 Impala. An appointment was made promptly after I called and John Walker was ready for me when I drove in. He had a courtesy driver take me home and called me when the work was done and I called the courtesy driver who had given me his cell phone number and drove me back to the dealership.

I always receive excellent service and advise from Bud Kouts. It's why this is the third car I have bought from them.
the sales people are not pushy, and they treat their female customers fairly.
They are right in Lansing, not out in a suburb. Which also makes them very convenient.
I highly recommend them to others.
