Had no issues getting an appointment and having my 2011 HHR serviced. The service writer was helpful and good to work with. The work was performed to my expectations and cost was in line for the work requested.
The only complaint was that I have a "Certified" vehicle and should not have to pay for oil changes or that type of work since it is included with the 2 year service program. No one explained that I have to drive 7000 miles before the plan will pay for the service. I am disappointed in that sense that I purchased a vehicle with that certified service option which raised the price of the vehicle, and now have to pay for basic oil changes. They need to do a better job in explaining how the 2 year program works and when you can get services paid for. This is the second time that I had to pay for services.
Otherwise, still waiting on the recall notices for the 2011 HHR for the ignition and key assembly to be replaced due to the recent GM issues on the recalls of poorly designed ignition locks and key assemblies.
